GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1.1 - The contract between Kamira Australia and the Customer is considered concluded with the purchase of any product from kamira australia, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchasing process and fully accepts the general terms and conditions on completion of purchase.

2. PURCHASING METHOD
2.1 –  It is understood that All items purchased from www.espressokamira.com.au may present the variations to Accompanying images and the description of a product may not be fully representative of its features but differ in colour, size and accessories. All support information for purchasing is intended as simple generic information, not referable to the real features of a single product.
2.2 – All orders from www.kamiraespresso.com.au will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation message will contain the Date and Time of the order placement and an “Order Number” to be used in any further communication with Kamira Australia.

3. PAYMENT METHODS
3.1 – Credit card: when purchasing goods with the Credit Card method, the debit of the card occurs on order completion.
3.2 – Kamira of Nazzareno Buscari reserves the right to request additional information to the Customer (e.g. land line telephone number) or a copy of a document proving the ownership of the Card used. In the event of lack of the required document, Kamira reserves the right to not accept the order.
3.3 - At no time during the purchase process Kamira australia is able to know the information relative to the purchaser’s credit card, transmitted through secure connection directly to the bank that handles the transaction. 
3.4 - PayPal: in the case of purchasing with the PayPal method, the amount relative to the purchase made will be debited by PayPal at the same time of the conclusion of the online transaction. Back to list.

4. DELIVERY METHODS AND COSTS
4.1 – For each order made on the www.espressokamira.com.au a receipt of the shipped goods will be issued.. The information provided by the Customer during the checkout process will be used for all order related issues.
4.2 - Delivery charges, if any, shall be borne by the Customer and are clearly specified in the ordering process. Nothing more is due by the Customer regarding the order amount.
4.3 – No liability can be attributed to Kamira Australia in the event of delay in fulfilling the order or in the delivery of what has been ordered.
4.4 –  The customer must notify kamira australia within 7 days of receiving shipment of any damage to the packaging and or product or the mismatch in the number of packages or particulars, 
4.5 - In the case of non-collection by the customer within 5 working days of the initial delivery attempt, the goods will be returned to kamira australia and no refund will be provided to the customer 

5.RETURNS
5.1 – Provided all goods are in their original condition and packaging, kamira australia will accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase
5.2 – To return any item, the customer must accompany the return with the original order receipt .. 
5.3 – The right of refund is however subject to the following conditions:
- All components and items included with the original purchase must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete with all the parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: manuals etc..); to limit damage to the original package we recommend that you put it into another box on which you affix the label with the address of the Kamira Australia warehouse

6. WARRANTY
Kamira Australia gives a standard manufacturer warranty equal to that of Kamira of Nazzareno Buscari of 60 months. the Customer must keep the product receipt that they have been sent.
6.1 – The 60 month warranty is applied to products with patent defects, provided that the product itself is used correctly, in accordance with its intended use and as provided in the attached technical documentation. 
6.2 – In the event that for any reason, there is not the possibility to give their customer a product under warranty (restored or replaced), Kamira will proceed at its own discretion to refund the amount paid taking into account the use of the product.
7. PRIVACY
7.1 – The personal data requested during the order is collected and processed with the purpose of meeting the exact requirements of the Customer. Kamira Australia guarantees its customers compliance with the regulations related to processing personal data, covered by the Privacy act of 1988
